refactor(fish): reorganize and clean up config

- Make BROWSER conditional based on OS (open vs xdg-open)
- Add opencode, rust, and bun path setup with conditional checks
- Move 1password SSH agent and secrets to top level
- Remove code alias for Zed editor
- Move fnm env setup outside interactive block
- Clean up bun path configuration
- Remove NX environment variables
- Fix fnm command check to use -sq flag
